Know the code!

Hey, let's face it! When a patient comes into your office with an illness but adds other elements to the office visit, it can be tricky sometimes. But it doesn't have to be, just know the initial diagnosis is what they came in the office for. Anything else is secondary, can't use "rule out" as a diagnosis. So, know the code!
