With insurances, they come with a deductible, copay, and co insurances. Not all insurances cover every single office visit. If they did, how would they make a profit? If a patient has a balance of a rather large amount, set up payment arrangements for them. The worst thing for a medical practice is to have an outstanding balance. So, pay us, don't delay us
